Pros

I absolutely loved my job at Realtor.com working as a Customer Success Representative. And I was great at it and made a lot of money!

Cons

During the Pandemic there was no way to be accountable toward a boss who had employees' best interests in mind. I found myself struggling through health problems and not supported through it in a professional way. What could have been a career job for me and my family took a turn for the worse.

Pros

Once you learn it, work doesn't exist after hours. If you work like a robot and OT you make descent money. You learn a lot about the society, and world of money

Cons

Repetitive Company want to make you an human AI script reader Bleeding eyes 200+ calls a day, GRIND full time OLD leads mixed with new ones, they make you call very old inquires and rude ppl Lots of rude or entitled clients, Zoom meetings, small talk where nobody listens to each other are obligatory Rules are changing overnight, It was a good place to work, before they decided to take away diversity
