I've been working at Redapt for almost 2 years now. One of the best companies I've worked for. Like any company, there are growth problems but the leadership team is always striving to create the best work environment. Many growth opportunities and you can see how your work is positively impacting business.

Co-workers are fantastic. Location and facility are top notch. There is ample room for growth and education. Redapt is under new management, and they are making many positive changes for the better. I am excited about this period of positive company-wide transformation.

The work environment and the people make work fun

My employer's system integration center is a great place to work. The team-oriented approach to quality and speed is impressive. It's a fast-paced environment with the latest technologies, making it exciting to work here.

Casual work environment, it is easy to make friends within the workplace. Jeans are ok, time is flexible as long as you get your job done and hit 40hrs/week. Good exposure to new IT technology.

This is a company that wants it's employees to be entrepreneurial, solution driven, and innovative. Employees that have these traits can go far in this company; many of it's employees started in the warehouse and have worked their way up to the top throughout the organization. Opportunity is available if you decide to reach for it. The company is growing and management wants it to be successful. This company has a really nice work life balance, good benefits, and a comfortable/casual work environment where jeans are the norm.

The company invests in employees who invest in it. Those who stick around are rewarded for their loyalty, and I have nothing but good things to say about the company that’s put me on the fast-track to a managerial career.
