Redirect Health is a company that is mission driven and value based. I’ve worked at so many companies and I can honestly say, I’ve never been happier working at a company that respects everyone and supports growth. I get to work in an environment that promotes all and challenges us to be our best. I know it sounds too good to be true, but this is my truth.

Cons

Redirect Health is growing and we need to continue growing with our growth. We are getting there and evolving. I love our mindset and value of always improving and adapting. This is true throughout the company.

I was hesitant to leave a 14 year position that I was very comfortable with to come join Redirect Health. A little over a year later, I am very happy that I did. Redirect Health has opened my eyes to what I could accomplish with the support and training that they provide, it was a life-changing decision that worked out for the best for me. The culture here is what really sets them apart from the rest.

Cons

The company is experiencing tremendous growth, which means that it can move at a very fast pace with sharp direction changes sometimes. What the plan is today may be drastically different tomorrow. You definitely need to be adaptable.

There are always opportunities to learn new things within Healthcare and within administrating ERISA insurance. In a good way, there is always a challenge that you can learn to navigate to always improve things for the better.

Cons

It is still a growing and expanding business, which can create some hiccups, but everyone is always willing to improve to make things better.
