Pros
None , not even the free healthcare
Cons
Type of medical coverage is restricted on how you seek medical care. They say they promote good work environment where you can openly ask questions but as soon as you ask questions they don’t like it because you are pointing out problems they don’t want to fix. All employees are lambs and have no self-identify, management doesn’t listen, HR has zero follow through, basics employees hand book that you have to ask for. Zero regulations of any type. No SOP, provider, medical assistance RN guide lines. This can lead to problems with state inspection, licenses and more. If you are someone who is independent and has a self-identify they won’t like it! They want lambs who will work for little pay below the date and national average. And won’t ask questions.
