Pros

Dialogue encouraged, administration and executive team responsive to feedback and make every attempt to obtain employee feedback, identify areas to improve/ excel, listen to concerns, compassionate, innovative in patient care and employee satisfaction, data driven. Medical director very responsive, interactive, and always available for customer needs. Bright colleagues who work as a team, and always willing to assist when available on and even off the clock. Open to discussions about different compensation approaches.

Cons

This has been best position I have held in my career given reasons above. Any EMR can be improved, and team actively works to this end. Work life balance working full-time can be challenging and continue to be open to innovative approaches.

Pros

The Redirect Health culture is one of teamwork with a visionary focus. Colleagues and mentors are there to help, answer any and all questions, and support you throughout your career journey. Senior leadership "walks the walk and talks the talk" in that you can see Redirect's core values demonstrated in their actions. I am proud to work at a company that not only is dedicated to helping solve access to healthcare for everyone, but also provides an environment where their employees can personally grow and challenge themselves. FREE HEALTHCARE FOR EMPLOYEES AND FAMILIES! They are heavily focused on hiring the right culture fit with employee through testing and group interviewing formats. They will sometimes create roles that are best suited to your talents to make you most effective and impactful here. In the interview process, you will leave inspired and will want to spread the awareness of our brand because of how beneficial it is for everyone.

Cons

We are in a growing phase, people who need everything laid out for them and a lot of infrastructure should navigate toward larger companies instead. Constant change and accept that it is the norm and makes it fast-moving.
