Casual environment with non micro-mangement style in which one has autonomy. Wonderful mantra on record but....

Cons

No formal training in place, lacks reliable IT support, management team is top heavy, too many chiefs on site. No cohesion or open dialogue between front line staff and managers. Employees responsible for self performamce and producing their own performance evaluations. Small and or no salary increases. A wonderful mantra that is not followed consistently. Free health care comes with a price to pay....too many obstacles to acheive "truly" free healthcare.

Redirect has always seemed to value me as an employee and when opportinutes arrise, I am always considered, which I appreciate.

Cons

Staff is stressed. Processes do not make it down to the staff. A lot of staff in survival mode. Just trying to get through the day the best they can.
