The most fulfilling part of working at Redirect Health is the collaborative environment, work-life balance, autonomy, culture, free health care, and helping others. It is great having a team to collaborate with to make the work flow for everyone easier. The work-life balance. I tend to be a work-acholic, but I can arrange to be able to be available for my family. I love the autonomy because my leaders have full confidence in my work ethics to get my job done. Redirect Health has a great culture, everyone is not just colleagues but friends, everyone practices the clear mission and values everyday, wins are celebrated, and we love to have fun. I love that I have free health care because I can take care of my health and my families health. If these past few years have proven anything its how important health care is. I love having our health care a finger-tip away. Its great having the rewarding opportunity to help others. The most magical part of my day is talking to patients and they tell me how much they love Redirect Health and how we are making a positive impact in their lives. I love the fact I can be a small part of a one-of-a-kind story!
Cons
I cant just type there are no cons but no matter where you work there are always personalities you do not get along with. It just matters how you react to those cons
