Sadly, I wish the people I see as family that are still there could find a way out. The lack of communication, no overtime pay, poor judgement from upper management, and overall poor treatment of employees, is why the moral and tone of the place has gone down hill in a hurry. From anyone you may ask elsewhere in the industry who has been churned through RFX, you'll probably hear the same.
I've seen first hand how little management really cares for their employees. Never once in the time I was there did either of the now "Co-CEOs" even bother to introduce themselves to anyone new, or myself. Even after running into them around the coffee machine (the one actual free perk, any other chances at making the environment more enjoyable is shot down and given the excuse there isn't money to do so, even if the employees are footing the bill).
Please don't believe the fake 4/5 star reviews... It's likely from someone in the inner circle of the "boys club" in upper management. If you are not going to follow along, then don't expect to move up in this studio.
The real con here is stubbornness. Nobody listens to the cries of all the little people and everyone in power to make a difference is already drinking the koolaid enough to protect their jobs.
