It does not take long to find out the chaos below the surface. A few people are genuine, helpful and respectful, but leadership and work culture are toxic.

Great building a bond with residential consumers

Cons

, The people that you don't see that hide in their offices and behind computers are very shady, they lie, they won't schedule face-to-face meetings and they always do things under handedly when it comes to OSHA and Hyppa laws .

Pros

The staff generally are warm and friendly with each other and to consumers.

Cons

Leadership does not listen to or support staff. Many workers are tolerating an extremely hostile work environment. Senior leadership allows unethical behavior on part of management. Management is often promoted from line workers who never had sufficient training to be adequate clinicians, so they don't know how to tarin or supervise staff.
