Good hours, no helicopter supervisors, decent wages, direct consumer contact, safe work environment, rewarding work, close collaboration with school.

Cons

No flexible PTO, negative communication style from program director, no career advancement without MA or licensure, very limited and poor educational opportunities.

Pros

With Robert Johnson at the head, Region Ten has made huge strides in improving employee pay and benefits. I have seen a several thousand dollar pay increase since beginning my career with Region Ten just over two year ago.

Cons

Depending on your area of employment, there is not a ton of room for growth within the company. There is also a limited number of sick hours given per month.
