Pros

Regional has great benefits. Regional Management cares about all of its employees! Regional is moving in the right direction with all of the new changes that have been put in place the last 12 months .

Cons

We have went through so many changes in the last year and it's hard to keep up. I just wish they would get the new policies correct before rolling them out to the branches. Maybe a little more training. Pay could be a little better for most employees.

I loved helping the hispanic community.

Cons

Upper management makes sure to belittle you every chance they get if the numbers they promised their shareholders are not met. They bet on the companies profit & threaten to fire you if not met.

Cons

You have people over you who have no clue what’s going on. The computer system you have to work on sucks and stresses you out.
