Ethical co-workers who continue to stand up against individuals who think that patients are just cash cows who will contribute to the fnancial bottom -line of the company

Cons

Questionable practices by some clinicians who , in the first place, are not qualified to make specific decisions that by law, only a PT can do and complete, i.e. in depth /detailed patient evaluation and subsequently the determination of the frequency and duration of therapy .

I have excellent rehab manager who cares

Cons

Upper management does not care about the staff. The benefits are terrible. You are forced to use your earned PTO to get your hours, or you will loose your healthcare benefit, and they decreased the amount of time you can accumulate PTO.
