Pros

One on one patient care. I enjoy working with the patients and help them return function and return home again. Variety of patient diagnoses to work with, Orthopedic, CVA, COPD, Pneumonia, general surgery, general weakness. Diverse cultural staff. Team approach.

Cons

Productivity standards are 90 % for Physical Therapist Assistants, 85% for PT's. If it is too slow, must go home early.
