Although we're not sure what is meant by remote employee pay calculations (as remote and in-office pay is calculated in the same way), we are happy to address your concerns. It appears that you are a current associate and your HR Business Partner is always available to assist!

We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. It is difficult to respond to this review as it almost feels that it wasn't intended for Rehmann. Terms like upper level and lower level aren't used here. Barring a very few number of positions that need to have back-up, associates have the ability to take lunch whenever it works best for their calendar. So concern about a lunch break also doesn't seem to fit. Perhaps this was intended for another company. If this is indeed about Rehmann and you are still a current associate, we would encourage you to share concerns about operational processes, concerns with quality or inappropriate co-worker behavior.
