Pros

They're flexible if you work from home or in the office.

Cons

Management gossips consistently, it's not a friendly firm, and the salaries are significantly lower than other firms. They do not obey by their values at all. Significant over hiring done by the firm means you can't even reach your hours needed for the year. In busy season, I was doing 40 hour weeks and being told to go home afterwards because they didn't have enough work to keep everyone busy.

Thank you for sharing this review. Our associates' feedback is key to our continued success as a firm, so we always encourage associates to utilize tools like our associate survey and leadership evaluations to provide us with that. Of course, we don't want associates to wait to express concerns until a formal feedback process is happening! We are hopeful that you shared that while you were employed with Rehmann with your supervisor, human resources or the various processes in place. Although your stated experiences don't reflect what we have seen/heard through our formal and informal associate discussions, we're sorry that you felt it was a negative experience.

Thank you for writing this review. We are happy that you have enjoyed the flexibility of our culture and the opportunity to work remotely. We are proud to be able to offer a work format that allows each associate to be successful. Although we're not sure what is meant by remote employee pay calculations (as remote and in-office pay is calculated in the same way), we are happy to address your concerns. It appears that you are a current associate and your HR Business Partner is always available to assist!

This Company is behind Technology wise and operationally. There is no set lunch breaks. The pay is low. The lower level employees are trashy and the standard is not understood/ isn’t high.

We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. It is difficult to respond to this review as it almost feels that it wasn't intended for Rehmann. Terms like upper level and lower level aren't used here. Barring a very few number of positions that need to have back-up, associates have the ability to take lunch whenever it works best for their calendar. So concern about a lunch break also doesn't seem to fit. Perhaps this was intended for another company. If this is indeed about Rehmann and you are still a current associate, we would encourage you to share concerns about operational processes, concerns with quality or inappropriate co-worker behavior. We have both confidential and open lines of communication available for you to utilize.
