Pros

Amazing work experience, great people, and good work culture. Everyone is friendly and passionate about their work. Could not work beside a better group of people

Cons

The pay is lacking and raises are small and far between. I waited over a year of employment for a standard 3% raise. Mind you, I am a top performer in my job, and raises are supposed to be merit based. 3% equates to a small handful of change an hour.

There are several factors included in compensation adjustments each year and merit is certainly one of those.
