      program managers not the best

      some very nice people working there

      Cons

      some people that have no right to be working anywhere are there, and I can't imagine how they got their jobs. program managers can be all over the place so you really can't get the feedback or support you need

      Changing rapidly

      Most of the positions are remote

      Cons

      Reli Group used to be a great company, but they’re changing rapidly and not in a good way. Their benefits are insanely expensive and it’s extremely difficult to get a raise. They used to pay out cash bonuses but have replaced the bonus with a cheap award system. Everything I loved about them when I joined has changed. They’re after profit and not focusing on people anymore.

      It is a job, it is a job.

      Cons

      You interview for one position, then they say that they are upgrading you to another position (it is not an upgrade). Also, you are asked to use a different title than you have been given on certain paperwork.
