The problems are challenging, the technology stack is modern, and engineers have the opportunity to work on products and capabilities that are used by customers worldwide. The work is intellectually stimulating and there is a strong emphasis on ownership, technical quality, and execution. Team members are trusted with meaningful responsibilities early in their careers and are encouraged to contribute ideas and drive improvements. One of the biggest strengths is the people. The teams are highly collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to help each other succeed. There is also a strong performance culture, with high expectations around delivery, quality, and ownership.
