Thank you for your review. We agree that ReliaQuest is changing the game in the cyber industry with our GreyMatter platform, and we know that we're just scratching the surface. That means there is still a lot of work to do to build awareness and adoption in the market -- and it takes all of us. We appreciate the efforts you're making in this regard. We're glad to have you on the team.

Pros

ReliaQuest is an incredible place to work if you thrive in a fast-paced environment that values mindset, initiative, and execution. ReliaQuest emphasises a “Find A Way” attitude, encouraging employees to take ownership, solve problems, and get things done. One of the things I appreciate most is the focus on internal growth—They also actively promote from within (80%) and provides extensive training to help employees develop their skills and advance in their careers. If you’re willing to put in the effort, opportunities for career progression are abundant. It’s all about Mindset and not Culture here, which your onboarding will help you understand what this means (don’t want to five away any spoilers, but it is good). The mindset is built on accountability, focus, being helpful and adaptable, which are the ReliaQuest values, making it a great place for motivated individuals who want to grow professionally. If you’re looking for a company that invests in its people and fosters a strong sense of purpose, ReliaQuest is a fantastic place to work.

Cons

Being part of the product team, I wish we had dedicated development teams/squads to continually build or improve your area of the platform. Besides this, you should be aware that it is onsite and not remote for most but the atmosphere being in the office and amazing Wednesday launches are to die for.
