Where Entrepreneurial Skills Flourish!
Pros
I have been working in IT for over 25 years, and I must say, working for ReliaQuest is truly different. ReliaQuest values an entrepreneurial mindset, coming from an entrepreneurial family, I find this highly rewarding and beneficial for several reasons: 1. Innovation and Creativity: Encourages thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation. 2. Ownership and Responsibility: Empowers employees to take charge and be accountable for their work. 3. Engagement and Job Satisfaction: Creates a work environment where employees are deeply engaged and satisfied with their roles. 4. Networking Opportunities: Offers collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, providing chances to build a strong professional network. 5. Flexibility and Agility: Ensures that employees can adapt quickly to new challenges, keeping work both exciting and fulfilling. 6. Impact & Contribution: Allows employees to see the direct impact of their work on the company’s growth. 7. Collaborative Environment: Fosters a team-oriented atmosphere where everyone works together towards common goals. I have never been with a company where so many young people have the opportunity to start as Business Development Representatives and get promoted within a year to higher roles, such as Account Manager, Customer Success, or Marketing Manager. At ReliaQuest, we truly invest in our teams and help each other grow. The entrepreneurial mindset at ReliaQuest is not only valued but is also driving the success of the company. Working alongside colleagues who share the same drive and passion will undoubtedly take your professional development to new heights.
Cons
Personally, I find very few cons to working at ReliaQuest. However, some colleagues might consider certain aspects as potential challenges. Given that we operate in the Cyber Security industry, we work in a fast-paced environment. The dynamic and rapidly changing nature of the company might not suit everyone. For newcomers to Cyber Security, there can be an intensive learning curve. Employees may need to invest (significant) time and effort into learning and adapting to new roles and responsibilities.
