This company is headed by a bunch of dictators

Pros

I can't think of any single positive thing about working here. You might find some cool people to hang out with, but the vast majority of people that work here are full of themselves.

Cons

Upper management uses intimidation to apply pressure on employees. The CEO thinks that he is an expert at everything, and is clearly not. Micromanages rather than trusts the experts and leadership that he has in place - frustrating, demoralizing, and dumb. So many people are unhappy but afraid to say anything. Everyone just quietly complains about incompetent managers while collecting their paychecks.
