- Use and exposure to very modern tech for software engineering. - ReliaQuest also encourages a good/healthy mindset; providing access to resources that positively impact one's work and life in general.

Cons

It will take some time to have a good understanding of the system as it is large and can be complex. However, there are several opportunities to learn and receive training on the system.

Pros

Working at RQ has been a great experience so far. The company is focussed and the engineering processes are well thought out and efficient. Getting up and running and being productive was painless and very well supported by the team and management. Its a different kind of place to work, with an emphasis on what you bring to the table and can feel quite competitive at times. But this is somewhat by design and is intended to push you and the team. If you're up for that kind of challenge the company can be very rewarding.

Cons

The lack of any kind of working from home can be a bit of a drag at times. But the management are at least supportive of you taking a day at home if there is a need.
