Pros

Free food Friday That’s about it

Cons

Recruiting tells you they are taking COVID precautions which they are NOT. As previous poster stated multiple covid cases in each office weekly. Teams are overworked and short staffed. Recruiting can’t keep up with the demand let alone find good talent because they can read between the lines. CEO has multiple personalities- it’s like a box of chocolates you’ll never know what you’re going to get. It’s a mass exodus and these FAKE positive reviews are planted to try to bury the true ones. Get rid of all upper level management they are out of touch with the crisis going on. They offered a “happy hour” a few weeks ago where senior leadership drinks with the teams- incredibly irresponsible but your suppose to show. Jump off this sinking ship before you go down with it.

Sorry that you did not have a great experience. We are taking covid precautions of requiring masks in the office, limiting conference room capacity, maximized spacing between individuals and have added partitions in all cubicles. Pros

Great teammates, motivated people, lots of little perks, middle management genuinely cares and tend to fight for you. You'll learn a lot.

Cons

Upper management totally out of touch. When people are pleading to be able to spend more time with our families, we're told we should feel honored to have the privilege to work on such an awesome product. Constantly shifting priorities. Pushed to the absolute limit at all times. Constant back to back P1 issues. Pay is below industry average and you don't even get equity, and they've been resistant at every chance to offer it. Guess the CEO needs another boat or something, instead of paying his devs working 60-70hr weeks properly. Look on job sites, you'll see swarms of people all leaving within the past few months. It's not a coincidence. Trust your gut.

If you are in a situation that you are pleading to spend more time with your family, it needs to be escalated immediately. Our values do not align with that behavior.
