Getting to help rehabilitate patients to return home.

Cons

I've had 2 pay cuts in the past 2 years with a company that claims to care about employees and in a time when we're dealing with the most inflation we've ever seen some companies are being competitive here but instead they are increasing the workload on therapist and reducing rates. What kind of nonsense is this?
