Pros

It's a job, and employees get paid for it. Most of the therapists and assistants truly care about the quality of care provided and take their jobs to heart.

Cons

Patient care is not what is important, even though they preach about how "care matters." They would rather please the "customer" instead of take care of their patients or employees. There are no bonuses or pay raises for a typical employee. You better reach for the stars when it comes to pay because once you come to an agreement, you will eventually experience a pay cut. There are unrealistic productivity standards. They tell their employees that evaluators should be 90% and assistants 95%...but they EXPECT higher due to "overlapping" or group. Employees are not allowed to group anymore due to covid, but productivity expectations remain the same. There's no 401k matching, and God forbid employees get covid! Employees are expected to use PTO for covid leave and can only get paid a percentage from workers comp, if they can prove they got covid from work.

Disappointing to say the least

Pros

Willing to hire anyone, decent pay

Cons

Zero support from regional/corporate, no willingness to bend productivity expectations in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC, outrageously high productivity standards, money-hungry company.

Unethical Leadership

Pros

Great team, relaxed atmosphere , good facility

Cons

Demands placed on employees all the way up the management chain to keep patients on caseload for full 100 Med A days. Therapist’s clinical judgements are completely disregarded when it comes to discharge dates. Under RUGs every patient was placed in RU category and then in comes PDPM and these very same patients now receive only 20 minutes of therapy per day. Fraudulent activity required in order to keep your job and again these acts were demanded all the way up the management chain. Leadership there has lost their moral compass. Left because placing my license at risk ultimately became an every day requirement.
