PTO time is the only good thing about this company

Cons

Cut hourly rates 8% and then 5%. Hires too many workers not enough caseload. Doesn't listen to complaints and if your truthful they see you as a troublemaker. Had a PTA that let 2 patients fall and brushed it under the rug. Reliant is not loyal to their employees. Reliant doesn't care if you have been with them for years they don't stand behind you. They keep liars on and get rid of truthful people. Its who ever benefits them most. Don't waste your time with this company. Run!!

Flexible hours, Overtime pay approved per Regional Manager, benefits are fair, minimal micromanagement from Regionals

Cons

Trend toward using Assistants for all Director positions, use more PRN Therapists vs full-time, mandate group and concurrent therapy treatments, high productivity standards at 98%, have to complete paperwork on own time to maintain high productivity standards.
