Pros

Great stepping stone for College Grads. Awesome place to get your foot in the door in a SaaS industry. Great work-life balance.

Cons

The growth has damaged the companies culture and ability to be transparent which has lost the trust of their employees. People are constantly leaving the organization due to the companies management of layoffs. Instead of admitting their faults, they are hiding it under the term streamline. CEO is constantly saying that the retention rate of the organization is leveled but people are leaving in waves. This is ultimately hurting production as well as the relationships with clients. They are now aware of the constant change. Promises were made concerning salary but were never done. The company claims they are competitive in the market, ultimately trying to weigh in benefits but the reality is they are paying experience employees entry-level salaries.

Fresh fruit and nice break room amenities, a gym, young culture.

Cons

Terrible pay, selfish directors and managers, no privacy, too much focus on "insights" and team building. This company (directors/managers) preaches that they are all about helping the most vulnerable members of society and giving back to the community, but in reality, they are money-hungry individuals who make the lower employees slave away and work well over 40 hours/week for a pathetic salary. One of the directors ends every meeting with "let's make money!" He/she should be saying "let's make a difference."

Pros

The individual contributors are a great collection of professional, hardworking folks who have taken a beating since last fall. Office is beautiful and a great place to work.

Cons

C-Level management has completely lost all semblance of the previous "empathetic management" they previously preached. Some of them almost seem vindictive to the engineers who provide the core product produced by this SaaS company. This used to be a company that people wanted to work at because of the empathetic environment, but that company doesn't exist anymore.
