Layoffs over the last 7months, most recently in late April. Now new trend to oust more staff is coming with through performance improvements plans with out of whack goals They want to take the new cheap way of getting rid of head count because they don’t have the revenue they think they should to fund the company. Working directly with sales is rough they are under horrible pressure to close business that the clients are being pushed to purchase when they need more time. It’s leading to challenges for everyone. New VP gives poor advice on client management without ever actually speaking to one. Clients are not happy with rotating door of staff. Relias is falling fast and needs someone who actually cares about the customers and the mental health of their employees.
