Pros

Great team ethos; demanding, every day is a challenge. Culture and diversity events which was neat.

Cons

Anti-social working hours, every two weeks a new work rota, working weekends, and evening shifts, and very early morning shifts. The management is too much focuses on time management called ''Aux'' if you are late more than 3 times you are put on report, even just by 1 minute. And than if you are working longer, you are not compensated, very hypocrite the least. Very high attrition rate, many staff are leaving due to constant new management rules.
