Customer protection associate is not a risk investigator job position, this is a gourmet call center. You can't trust the company at all, they lie in the job description, in the interview and in any promise they make to the employee. I repeat, this is not a job position of risk investigator. Knowing this this, you can choose to apply or not, Remitly is a regular call center.
