Pros

People are very passionate about their cause and they work hard to build innovative solutions for customers. Technology is well built and innovative in the market.

Cons

Business hurdles experienced are primarily due to inexperienced management. They are book smart but lacking in experience and street smarts. You can break the mold but there are a lot of molds that work great if management is open minded about learning from others.

Hires very (very) smart and reliable employees. Enthusiastic and involved founders. Feels great to work for a company with a noble aim. Great to work with customers from all over the country.

Cons

Somewhat inexperienced management, but has improved with recent hires. Compensation is on low end.

Pros

I waited until I was with Remix for over a year before leaving a review, as I wanted it to be thoughtful and fair. I do not regret the decision I made to join this company. The products we work on are impactful to the community and valuable to our customers. Our day to day work is exciting and innovative. But the best part about working here are the people. Remix employs some of the smartest, most humble and mission-driven people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The co-founders are all actively involved in shaping the company's future and defining our culture. It's been a blast being a part of the company's growth.

Cons

We are a growing company and developing processes as we go. This isn't a con, but the challenge we have is to maintain a small company culture as we scale.
