Pros

- We're doing important work. - Emotional intelligence is high across the board. - Culture is clearly demonstrated by leadership. - Immediate, honest feedback is part of our culture and the level of trust is very high, so everyone benefits from it. - I am given the authority and autonomy to do my job. - If you have a good idea, you are encouraged to share/implement it. - The people are smart, unique, hardworking, and fun. - No big egos. Everyone's work and contributions are valued.

Cons

- There's a lot of work, and only so many hours in the day. - Benefits are not great compared to my last job in the public sector.

Cons

Growing companies are not for everyone. Remix is still maturing and continuing to develop organizational structure and process. Need to be open to change.

Pros

- Having real impact on the lives of many people through improving public transit. - Our customers love us! - Good tech stack, strong focus on automated tests and other tools. - Smart yet humble people. - Executive team is down to earth and very involved in the day-to-day, but doesn't micro-manage.

Cons

- Too small engineering team. Lots to do, but too few people to do it. - Lower comp+benefits than in bigger tech companies.
