Pros

flexible work schedule remote work, work from anywhere

Cons

evident from the way senior management works no real care for people messy documentation, incomplete and outdated information. experts of various stakeholders don't have the expertise/ info required to complete your job tasks thoroughly and correctly when depending on their input. senior managers creating projects/work without real value. payslips incorrect. onboarding and offboarding process messy (due to information not available or incorrect information given to the contact person handling it)

Pros

The client was fantastic and I really loved it there. I had the opportunity to work with an international company (client) as a Principal Recruiter working for their finance/cryptocurrency client as an embedded Tech Talent Partner. I learnt a lot and met lovely people whole working there.

Cons

The client went to layoff, so Remote terminated my contract. Remote kept misinforming us in terms of what the client provided us with (for example, regional holidays, meal allowance), which created several issues within the client. Also, be aware that, in Portugal, Remote Tech (as they mostly handle the contracts, payments and bureaucracy for their clients) will try to scam you in terms of the termination agreement (and blatantly rip you off of your right to unemployment benefits) so they can continue to handle hiring those roles for their other clients.
