Great people and great ideas

Pros

-The company is pretty nicely positioned in this marketplace with increasing remote working environs. -The teams and people are some of the best I have worked with.

Cons

-Competition is quickly coming up with innovative ideas and processes -Some bad business decisions from up top, especially RevOps, causing the company to lag behind competition in new market spaces like South America. -The people who are on top of the ladder are pretty bad when it comes to decisions. You can't do a bulk hire and then do a bulk layoff as you wish. You need better ideas before initiating processes.

Pre hiring experience and onboarding was great.

Cons

The culture is resistant to change and new ideas are often dismissed rather than explored. There is a strong preference for maintaining the status quo, which can make innovation and continuous improvement difficult. High-performing employees are not always recognised or supported, and in some cases are pushed out when they challenge existing ways of working. Career growth can be limited, particularly for those looking to make a meaningful impact or drive change within the organisation.
