Pros

Working remotely Great sense of community Worthwhile mission and positive impact on access to talent and opportunities worldwide

Cons

Sales org is changing super fast Content overload - endless updates and waste a lot of time finding information on Slack and Notion There are better jobs for more rewards out there Burnout is real

Pros

- Product market fit is incredible - Good comp plan for overachievers - Lead flow is consistent - Very easy product to sell; but the market is incredibly competitive

Cons

- Sales org execution is relatively poor. They are not nearly as aggressive as they should be. Trying to behave like a thought leader in the space instead of aggressively trying to execute sales excellence and take up market share. Deel has better execution in this regard, but I would rate Remote as a better product. - SDR teams are all over the place and aren't targeted in a meaningful way, so they aren't motivated actually to try to get into accounts - Zero progression opportunities within the sales org

Thanks for sharing your perspective and feedback. I certainly agree that Remote has wonderful product-market fit (the best I’ve seen in my career) and I think we’ve established a reputation for having the best product in the market. As you would know, we’re in the midst of a journey to transform our go-to-market organization. We’ve made a lot of progress over the last 12 months but we still have a long way to go. Learning and Career Development is a specific area of focus and we will be launching some exciting new programs at our upcoming 2H kickoff. - Can work from anywhere - No micro management - Very nice people

Cons

- Constantly changes - No clear red threat for Sales Reps
