      The team, mission and culture principles

      Cons

      As Remote.com has expanded quickly over the past couple of years, it seems that some of the original company culture has been lost in the process. The close-knit, supportive environment that I initially joined has evolved into a more fast-paced and demanding workplace where the values were not always lived in reality, this has impacted team dynamics and the overall employee experience.

As we state in our public handbook, we are a high growth company and the culture of the company will and must change with this growth. It's our shared responsibility to make it so that it becomes better, even if different. The fast pace will not change, but this should never be at the expense of a supportive environment or living our values, so it’s disappointing to hear that you felt this was happening.

      I don't feel heard and often times, ignored! The salary is good but, being acknowledged and my contribution recognized would've been great

Our team is made up of brilliant people from around the world who regularly go above and beyond in service of our customers.       Supportive team + fun work

      Pros

      Transparent teams with documentation to make navigating questions easier Remote work is so easy to achieve because we have the tools and the practise to make sharing and collaborating easy Team is so open to new ideas, and pushes to make changes and test them

      Cons

      Only that the team is so lovely, I want to meet them, but that's hard to do when you are spread over so many countries :)
