Pros

I love working with my clients and the work I do for them here.

Cons

I have been with this company for over two years now and NOT one time have I ever felt valued for the work I have done here. I have ran a studio multiple times alone with zero support from upper management. Being a laser technician is a stressful position alone and having to add on the pressure and responsibilities of managing a studio by yourself is something you should never have to do. It's upsetting that this company was willing to allow a single female to run a studio alone due to safety reasons as well. This factor alone should have been enough to send help so nobody had to feel unsafe at their workplace. That is SO unacceptable. You guys also have zero cameras in your facilities to make us feel safe. ANYTHING could happen and there would be no proof of the harm that could happen. The lack of value that proves you guys have towards your employees is outraging. This company thinks they sit on a thrown when it comes to what they do but cannot even provide a healthy and safe workplace environment for your employees. This issue will always cause you guys to lose. You will never be able to keep GOOD and HARDWORKING people due to this. So maybe instead of focusing on what everyone is doing wrong in your eyes focus on actually abiding by your core values. Because this company does not stand by any of them. The constant change in management is ridiculous. The pay is unfair in so many ways and you will never get a raise based on your performance and the hard work you have put towards the company. THEY DON'T CARE. Take your skills, work ethic and kindness somewhere else because the stress this company will cause you is not worth it.

Pros

Depending on your location, the pay can be good. Many friendly co-workers. Interesting industry.

Cons

Being a laser technician was the most draining and unhealthy job I ever had. You are responsible for nearly every task at the office with little to no help from management. All the regional managers are only sales driven and do not care about the actual treatment safety or client needs at the location level, leaving it solely for the technicians to take on on top of the already intense daily work load. HQ brings on managers that have no idea about how tattoo removal even works...they all sit in the comfort of their own homes spewing out unrealistic monthly goals that technicians and sales people are breaking their backs to reach, but they never provide any support or help if needed. If you work at a busy location you are treating around 20 clients a day all by yourself....and they didn't limit clients during the peak of covid either, we functioned at full capacity which went against the city mandates put in place at the time. There is no care for the employees safety or well being, not to mention that of the clients either, who corporate only sees as a bag of money. The location I worked at never had a working alarm system, panic button or security cameras proving the staff is not valued. Work/life separation is nonexistent here. Managers never respect (or even know) your days off and will frantically call you for help or to push their duties off on you when you're not even working! There is large employee turnover. Their philosophy is to have people quit and hire new, mostly underqualified technicians to replace them. Look at the dates of these other reviews, they are all 5 stars from current employees (most likely bribed to write them) in order to push down all the true and real reviews from former employees that have been severely mistreated. This company only cares about money and not a single person that walks through the doors...employees and clients alike!

Pros

They will hire anyone with a very short interview process because they are always desperate for people.

Cons

They will hire anyone because everyone leaves. Low pay. Can’t get their act together on expansion resulting in closures. Will hire people and fire them during training. They are predators who do not care how layoffs impact people.
