Great entry level pay, great benefits, co-workers are good people, company seems to always be growing, Others promoted within 6 months.

Cons

Long hours (12+), no room for growth unless you get lucky, management ignore issues and employee complaints, Others worked years without an option to grow.

nice people, different duties which was nice, kept you busy

Cons

WAY too much work, especially for the pay. Hired for inventory, but did more shipping/receiving. Not a lot of time for actual inventory. Proper inventory process not actually followed, which was extremely frustrating.

Management was never in the office.

Cons

Management expectations were irrational, especially for the extreme lack of appreciation and compensation. No bonuses; unfair work / family life balance; expected to work late hours and weekends. HR department is a revolving door; probably cause they truly see how the employees are constantly mistreated.
