We are so sorry that you had such a negative experience here. Renalogic is a “for-purpose” business dedicated to controlling the human and financial costs of chronic kidney diseases and end-stage renal disease. Because we work directly with members affected by these terrible conditions we have very high standards for ourselves, our partners and our team. We also have very strongly articulated core values of Humble, Hungry and Smart. We celebrate teammates who showcase these values every month on our company meetings, just like we celebrate situations where we are able to help a member. We’re sorry that our blend of high-performance and compassion was not a fit for you, and hope that your current/next situation is better suited.
