Pros

Really a great work environment. It's friendly, the CEO and team members are awesome, and it's full of free food and snacks. It's a place where everyone makes an effort to be respectful, personable and down-to-earth- and it's a lot of fun! We have a great product, market fit, and it's an exciting time to join as we grow exponentially over the next few years. You can definitely contribute in ways you could never imagine at a larger company- but it's large enough now where there's really opportunity, growth, and more defined roles and responsibilities. Benefits, pay, and vacation policy are great.

Cons

It's a growing and innovative team with a "Day One" mindset - all of that sounds great, but you'll have to be on your toes and ready to change plans at a moment's notice. There's also going to be times where you're helping out members of other teams or departments, or doing tasks not associated with your role to help the team. It's not just a 9-5. If that is fine with you, you'll succeed here!

Pros

My experience here is exactly how the company/role were pitched to me during the interview and onboarding process. Company has monthly and quarterly huddles bringing transparency about how the business is doing and what's next for the company. Competitive salary. Solid product being sold. Breakfast/lunch paid for throughout the week, coldbrew on tap, unlimited vacation, and brand new space in penthouse office with 360 views of Midtown aren't too shabby either!

Cons

Moving spaces has been hectic to accommodate our growth. A few leaders are new to management but are great at what they do and are actively looking to better their leadership skills!

Pros

* catered lunch * unlimited vacation * nothing else

Cons

* human cost of unrealistic goals is constant stress and infighting between coworkers * management style veers between extreme micromanagement to weeks without clear guidance while expectations remain the same * transparency is claimed as a key value but direction remains opaque * condescension from management in both personal and business conversations is the norm * there is no room to move up * salaries are just ok
