Pros

Good pay and you earn every red cent. Great insurance the company picked up increases last two years Awesome!

Cons

Poor fleet maintenance many issues with big routes wearing out new equipment fast. And driver has to deal with it. Non safety repairs are way to slow to happen. Very frustrating

Pros

Training was good, pay and benefits good. plenty of hours.most of the people worked with, for, and around was good people.enjoyed my job.

Cons

only complaint I had was the maintenance manager.belittled.bullied and ruled by intimidation. by the time 3 yrs was up i felt like a piece of dirt. incapable of changing my own oil. I watched good mechanics with allot of yrs quit. I left company to maintain my sanity on my own mechanical ablitys.

Pros

Good pay, good work environment. Only tenured employees enjoy perks and accommodating schedules.

Cons

Promotions are used as a step ladder, not as a measure of performance or experience. Managers or Supervisors aren't experienced or expected to be knowledgeable about the roles of their respective employees. Escalation calls are transferred to the CSR to handle for her. Favoritism is apparent, so if you're not part of the "in crowd", you'll struggle to get any help from upper management. If you complain, you'll struggle to get any help from upper management. Too many inexperienced supervisors and miscommunication abounds. Processes change daily due to miscommunication between supervisors and management, but CSRs are expected to pick up the slack.
