Pros
The work environment is pretty flexible, the coworkers are very helpful and very chirpy as well. It's a small company but fast paced so you get to learn a lot of work in very less time. You get thorough training of taking responsibilities as no one meddles with your work and they are only results oriented.
Cons
Everyone is fond of sweets here so you're definitely putting on some weight!!
