Pros

We are a very busy lab dealing with complex testing. We have a great team, everyone is competent and well trained. Everyone works hard and pitches in to get the job done.

Cons

Nursing often doesn't understand lab requirements and some do not seem to care.

Pharmacists are all great, very flexible with schedule if PRN and a student, working for Research allows you to move around other HCA hospitals

Cons

Certain technicians overran the management and pharmacists, poor communication between pharmacy and nursing staff
