Pros

You get to see a lot of things you won’t see at other hospitals. Good place to start out of school since you don’t have to wait to work ICU or ER.

Cons

You don’t have any RT driven protocols, pulmonary and trauma doctors do not communicate with you. You are there to bring the equipment to the room and get the ABG they need. Nothing more. No advancement opportunities, and lack of career growth.

Pros

Incentive pay, bonus points to buy on company website, they management listen sometimes.

Cons

Other people go to sleep on job, they take long as break times an still want a job! It makes it hard for future employees when people slack. You can't trust no one cause they tell your business to everyone. If you be nice your going to get walked on an talk down too.
