      Need better support.

      Pros

      When things are good, they're good. You can have lots of fun with the clients when things are going well.

      Cons

      Glorified babysitting job. Clients make no progress towards their goals and there is no support from management or client teams with advice on how to help. No communication or consistency at the sites leads to constant confusion and client behavioral issues.
