The training program prepares you with the base knowledge of the technologies and the skills/techniques you need to be successful. However, the most learning took place for me in the first weeks out of training which was a direct result of the environment that upper management has created. It was incredibly helpful to be comfortable enough to ask questions at any point when I was first starting out. Fun company outings are scheduled at least once a month and help foster a work hard, play hard culture. Being able to genuinely enjoy spending time with your coworkers even outside of the office is one of the biggest perks. Commission structure is one of the best and base salary is generous as well. Couldn't ask for a better opportunity to develop myself professionally.

There is a really great training program that really prepares you for the job. The culture and my co-workers are amazing. We often do company events like Braves games, Top Golf, Movies, etc. Upper Management is very helpful and EXCELLENT at what they do. There are a lot of opportunities here and I can see myself working here for a very long time. This is a great job but also a fun job.
