Here you can find a great family culture, clear expectations, very clear means to get there and very strong growth opportunities! I started out with Resolution Technologies 4 years ago and was not sure what to expect. I committed myself to put in whatever time and effort needed in order to get the job done. I did not make Six Figures over night, but by year three I looked up to find myself having achieved that goal and I just finished my fourth year beyond that six figure mark. I am writing this to say that it is possible. You don't need to be rocket scientist to be successful in this job. You just need to live with a PHD mentality, Poor, Hungry and Driven.
