Cons
-extremely high turnover rate -poor base salary, benefits and vacation/sick days -management is very unprofessional with poor leadership skills Basically, during the interview process you will be promised lots of commission, lots of opportunity for growth and a fun work environment. What you will get is a very stressful, harsh and demeaning environment where management is disrespectful and rude. It is standard practice for management to yell, embarrass and talk down to their employees. There is "room for growth" because recruiters don't stay for very long.
