Pros

Some of the coworkers and customers

Cons

Everything! This company has no clue how to be efficient. To top heavy in corporate and have no consideration for it’s true work force. Expect your life to work around the “business”. Pay is crap, benefits are a joke (good luck finding a doctor that’s takes this crap) and the cost of your insurance is determined by how much you make. How much you make is determined by your gender, race, and appearance. You WILL become over worked, drained mentally and physically, develop BAD trust issues, hurt on the job and expected to keep quiet about it while working through it ( unless you hurt or a customer with power equipment then it’s still your fault), expected to make miracles with extremely outdated technology/ equipment/ and business model. Upper management doesn’t care for they call excuses but in all actuality is REALITY and will find ANY reason to fire you, blame you, or question your sanity. I wouldn’t even be work there if I didn’t have bills. I DONT EVEN EAT IN THE RESTAURANTS WE SELL TO! Money is their number goal. Not food safety ( although they will say that) not employees safety and not even customer safety! I wouldn’t even want slaughter house animals to walk in any of these buildings. ITS BEYOND DISGUSTING 🤢 !

Pros

Zero, the customers were nice.

Cons

The worst place I've ever worked. On my first day no one welcomed me or treated me like they cared. I was told go stand with "so and so" and that's what I did for ten hours. This cashier NEVER spoke to me and no member of management did an introduction. I should have walked out that day. I continued to feel like a piece of meat with no value. Just a body occupying a space. I can't get out of here fast enough. No wonder they have no help and everybody with half a brain leaves. They treat the customers the same way, I was so embarrassed by the treatment I witnessed I wanted to hide under the register.

Pros

- they pay on time -they treat you like they own you. they shout at you even if your work is great. - you should see how they treat the buyers, so bad - they use a system from the 80's for sure they do not train you how to use it - they miss good opportunities to do business because they don't care about the growth of the company -the employee barely speak to each other -overload of work for a small pay -they pretend to be friendly but they do not want anyone to improve
