In the FMR position, your every move will be tracked and questioned by GPS, you will eat the additional mileage that you travel once you hit the maximum that they pay for travel. The areas of travel will be well beyond the scope of the stores service area.You will drive your car into the ground, and wait a month for gas reimbursement, you will be promised a bonus/commissions that will take 5 months to materialize (maybe), rude managers, no personal life, you begin to hate getting up for work, and pray for a quick end of the work week.

The most outdated processes are in place. Everything needs to be printed out. Management hasn't heard of sharepoint or one drive. Training is not training. The number of times i was left on my own to figure things out with no help from the supervisor (Wendy). She has constant mood swings and problems, you don't know what version will turn up and ruin your day. Highly unprofessional. Talks to you like you're dirt. It was a miracle to even get through the military camp. PTO is non existent. No vacation days until the next year. Job is 80% HR related and having to deal with useless store managers. Avoid at all cost to save your mental health and energy. There's better jobs elsewhere
