Pros

Site management tried to ensure management enjoyed working there.

Cons

Poor monetary compensation overall for the level of work required. Management also seemed to hire too many agents after peak season leading to mass relocation and retraining of employees.

Pros

They had a great load of cool activities to get to know your peers and win gift cards. Plus I had a great and I mean GREAT manager who made me stay a couple of months extra, she was very understanding, when my cat almost died and I had to drive her to the vet she vouched for me to take the day off.

Cons

The work load was insane and I burned out quickly

If you can deal with the micromanaging and sitting for hours dealing with the stressful customers then this is the job for you. Overall it’s not a bad job it’s easy but can be draining.
